Promoting Women’s Economic Empowerment Through Entrepreneurship Training

Description: Governance Insights collaborated with women’s organizations and microfinance institutions to promote women’s economic empowerment through entrepreneurship training and access to financial resources. We designed and implemented a comprehensive training program focused on business management, financial literacy, and market access, tailored to the specific needs and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in Somalia. The project resulted in increased income generation, expanded business networks, and greater economic independence for participating women, contributing to broader efforts towards gender equality and poverty reduction.
